Job descriptionExtensive experience in Underwriting and Broking Operations. Proven track record as an Underwriting Program Manager for Managing General Agents. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to strategize, analyze, and solve complex problems. Knowledgeable in current industry regulations and standards. Salary : €90,000 - 100,000 (subject to negotiation) Wellbeing allowance €6,000 Up to 12% annual bonus 25 days of holiday 2.5 company days for Good Friday, day after Stephen's day and ½ day Christmas Eve in addition to the AL above Up to 2 wellness days per annum additional to AL 14% pension - 4% employee contribution and 10% employer Death in Service Benefit Income Protection (6 months deferral, 2 / 3 of base salary)
