Sales Strategy and Transformation Manager
Key responsibilities / What you do :
This role will play a pivotal role in redefining and optimizing our global sales strategy to drive growth and efficiency across our global markets’ organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategies, transformation methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales Excellence & Steering (GSES), the role’s objective is to own & drive the implementation of Allianz Partner's sale strategy. The Person taking on this role will need to work closely with the various sales teams (“local” Business Units and global sales teams) and closely collaborate across the GSES team. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the board of management.

To occupy this key role in the organization, we are looking for a profile that is both operational and strategic, with the ability to work in a complex multicultural environment and coordinate projects involving numerous stakeholders in a proactive manner. The person must be able to understand the company's challenges and opportunities with a strategic perspective.
Successful significant experience in managing international programs on complex issues, good knowledge of the Allianz Group and scope, and finally enthusiasm, strong work ethic, communicative energy, team spirit, and a results-oriented mindset are values sought after paired with an international profile being fluent English. This role provides unique visibility to the Allianz Partners top management (board of management and direct reports), ample opportunity to learn from great minds, and working hand-in-hand with the head of global sales excellence & steering.
