Administrative Assistant – Treasury

Position Summary
Our multinational client is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to progress their administrative career within a fast-paced, collaborative tech environment. You will perform a variety of administrative and office support duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage appointments
- Respond to general inquiries
- Take dictation, compose internal communications, and transcribe meeting notes
- Support the development of presentations, memos, and other documentation
- Assist in the preparation of reports and handle various data-entry tasks
- Track and process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Cash Reconciliation support
- Support with the preparation of annual budget materials and documentation
- Manage multiple administrative projects with efficiency and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of daily tasks
- Follow established procedures and workflows under the direction of a supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required2 years of experience in an administrative or office support / banking roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with CRM systems or experience in a banking / administrative environment is advantageousStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under immediate supervision and follow detailed guidelinesWhat We Offer
