Maintenance Technician - Fitter

Overview Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for keeping production lines running smoothly? We're recruiting for a permanent position with a leading food and beverage company based in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Maintain buildings and utilities systems as needed. Liaise with external contractors and ensure compliance with GMP standards. Manage spare parts inventory and complete maintenance documentation. Criteria National Trade Certificate in a mechanical discipline required. Experience in food manufacturing essential. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems and pneumatic controls. Experience with form, fill and seal machines is a must. Basic electrical knowledge desirable. Reward Salary : €54,000 - €58,000 + 15% shift premium Potential earnings of €66,700+ with overtime Shift Pattern : Rotating Early / Late Shift Monday to Friday - No Nights!
