• Hotel Wicklow €40k We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the breakfast team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing of all the breakfast & lunch offering within the property. The successful candidate will have experience within a High-end restaurant or a 4

The Candidate : Previous experience in a busy property or Restaurant Will have experience as F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager The ability to manage the team and food outlets Excellent knowledge and a passion for customer service To oversee the day to day running of the breakfast and lunch offering Knowledge of Hotel Standards of Service Previous experience with KPIs, budgets, stock control, and forecasting Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance To work alongside other HOD to ensure the hotel maintains its standards Excellent customer service skills Training and rostering of staff BURAMB22 Skills : leadership skills customer service managment Benefits : See Description
