Description

You will identify and work on solutions that highly impact key business metrics. You will analyse KPIs and deep dive on trends and propose and drive initiatives to improveefficiency, cost and experience.

Your day-to-day

You will extract relevant program datausing SQL / BQ for further analysis

You will analyse data and, combined with business knowledge, create insights to help drive loss savings, optimisation, and customer experience improvement ideas.

You will maintain and manage PayPal’s Seller protection programs, delivering value to PayPal’s sellers while optimising the margin through loss and OpEx reduction.

You will manage new strategies and solutions that you have identified end-to-end to deliver the ideal resolution experience to our customers in the most cost-effective, sustainable model.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across Business Units for specific solutions as well as operational and product teams for implementation and execution of RnP programs and initiatives.

What do you need to bring?

Bachelors, MBA / Masters of Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Economics preferred or equivalent experience in an analytical role

2 + years of related experience in Analytics in a fast-moving and matrixed environment, and knowledge of and experience in data and visualisation tools such as SAS, SQL, Teradata, Python, QlikView, Tableau

Communication and presentation skills with an ability to story-tell and translate analysis and insights into actionable recommendations

Problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to drive towards action and impact

A desire and ability to work in a dynamic, global, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
