We arelooking for a Night Reception Team Member to join our operations team at our recently opened Central Dublin aparthotel property.

1 year of service)Responsibilities : Key responsibilities as our Night Reception Team Member will include : Look after the safety and security of our guests whilst they enjoy a relaxing night's sleepAct with integrity at all times by knowing the hotel and how you can personally drive the businessDeliver excellence by demonstrating a service attitude that exceeds expectationsHave the ambition to continuously improve and be able to show that you care by putting your colleagues and guests firstYou will have expertise in overseeing the operations will ensure you effectively and efficiently deliver great service including problem handling, encouraging high team performance, maintaining the safety and security of the hotel and following the policies & procedures required within your roleHours of work : This is a night position.

Typical shifts 11pm-7am including weekend work.

Our ideal Night Reception Team Member will have the following skills, knowledge and experience : Ideally have at least 1-year previous experience working at the Front Desk in similar propertyAlways strive to provide our guests with the highest standards in customer careExperience using OperaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStaycity is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
