Product Marketing Director

Product Marketing Director Circa €130k DOE, + Package Dublin 2 We are hiring a Product Marketing Director at a very exciting stage of transformation for this international financial services provider. This person will have worked in a similar role already and have a track record of delivering a strategy of innovative product development in the Insurance or Banking area in an international role. Already with a fantastic understanding of the financial services market across Europe. Your role will involve complete ownership of new product innovation strategy, rolling out an effective support and training portfolio to partner network, and building a team to deliver on your strategy. You will take a hands on approach from design, develop and implementation. Working across the organisation, collaborating with Actuary, Sales, Board members, Legal, SLT and partners. It is essential you have no less than 15 years product marketing experience in a Bank or Insurance company with at least 5 ideally more, servicing the wider European market.
