We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sous Chef for a luxury hotel in Dublin . This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role in a high-end culinary environment, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance at all times
- Contribute to menu planning, cost control, and stock management
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and discipline in the kitchen
Requirements :
