Project Planner – Residential Scheme | Dublin | €20M Project Are you an experienced Project Planner ready to take on an exciting challenge? We are seeking a talented professional to join a high-profile €20 million residential scheme in Dublin. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure efficient project execution.
• Create and track S-curves, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Produce detailed reports to monitor progress and support decision-making.
• Apply expertise in JCT & NEC contracts within a Design & Build environment.
• Maintain rigorous project controls, including calculating earned vs spent value to optimize cost efficiency. Requirements :
• Proven scheduling experience in Residential for a construction contractor.
• Background covering, civils, structural and m&e works.
• Expertise in Design & Build methodologies.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning software.
