Job Description

Join our fabulous team at the Connemara Coast Hotel as a Kitchen Porter.

The successful candidate must be available midweek and weekends all year round.

Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Kitchen Porter assist in providing the highest of food hygiene in a customer focused environment.

Role & Responsibilities

All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include :

Using a industrial dishwasher to clean restaurant crockery and cutlery

Lifting and carrying loads

Cleaning cooking equipment & utensils

Cleaning inside of walk in fridges

Cleaning walls and benches in the kitchen

Maintaining a clean environment in the kitchen

Emptying bins

Be available for late night shifts

About The Role

Requirements

Prior experience working in a large kitchen a bonus

Previous experience working in a fast paced environment

Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.

Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
