Director, Supply Chain, Science & Engineering at Morgan McKinley Operations Director A fast-growing, award-winning engineering / manufacturing company in the medical device sector is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale its manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities : Lead all production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Align manufacturing with regulatory standards (e.g.

ISO 13485, FDA).

Oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain integration.

Drive continuous improvement through Lean / Six Sigma principles.

Ideal Candidate : 10+ years in operations leadership within precision / high-regulation manufacturing (e.g.

medtech, aerospace, automotive).

Hands-on leadership style; background in machining / toolmaking a strong plus.

Proven track record in process improvement and KPI delivery.

Familiarity with ERP systems and digital manufacturing tools is advantageous.

Down-to-earth, team-oriented, and growth-focused.
