- As a Networks Property Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless operation and evolution of our mobile infrastructure.
- You’ll manage the full lifecycle of our network sites—ensuring they’re accessible, compliant, and ready to support the latest technologies like negotiating leases and coordinating with landlords and tower companies, to resolving access issues and supporting special event coverage,you’ll be at the centre of it all.
- You’ll work closely with internal teams across Radio, Transmission, and Construction to ensure our customers experience the best possible service.
- Your role will also involve managing contracts, tracking payments, forecasting budgets, and ensuring our systems are always up to date.
- It’s a role that blends operational precision with strategic impact—keeping our network strong, safe, and future-ready.
Who we are looking for
Experienced in managing property portfolios or telecom infrastructureSkilled in lease negotiation, contract management, and CPI adjustmentsConfident working with landlords, tower companies, and third-party contractorsProactive in resolving site access issues and managing emergency protocolsComfortable supporting infrastructure rollouts and upgrades, including 5GFinancially literate, with experience in payment systems and budget forecastingStrong communicator with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholdersOrganised and detail-oriented, with a focus on compliance and documentationFlexible and responsive, especially when supporting special event coverageWhen choosing us :
