Job Description : Description : This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products.
Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing.
Employees are required to register and submit to the SAFE Act background check.
Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
Responsibilities : Work with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals.Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers.Mitigate and control risk daily.Identify and engage potential new clients.Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.Required Qualifications : Hold Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if missing one, must obtain within 60 days.At least one year experience in investments industry and financial services.Experience in sales environment meeting / exceeding goals.Strong relationship-building skills.Effective communication and client engagement skills.Ability to manage goals, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and adapt.Time management skills.Incorporate regulatory due diligence into activities.Desired Qualifications : Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities.Three or more years in financial services or sales.Additional certifications like CFP or CRPC.Insurance licenses.Skills : Account ManagementAdvisoryClient Experience BrandingCustomer FocusOral & Written CommunicationActive ListeningAttention to DetailClient Solutions AdvisoryIssue & Pipeline ManagementCausation AnalysisPolicies & Risk ManagementNote : This requisition includes multiple locations; not all openings are immediate.
