We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Kildare, Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all applicable NMBI standards and regulations.
- Ensure that all existing stocks are kept safe and tidy, and reorder as needed.
- Maintain log books and records as required by the Health Information and Quality Authority and the Company's Directors.
- Be 'on-call' for emergencies that may occur within the nursing home, as well as to cover shifts if all other options have been exhausted.
- Ensure that all confidential information obtained throughout the course of employment is not disclosed to third parties.
- Assist with the arrangements and get knowledge of how to acquire funding available to people from the government or other agencies.
- Improving our clients' daily lives and creating an impact.
- Working as a nurse, you will gain experience delivering dementia care.
- Assisting with all responsibilities, including management reports, allocation, rostering, care plans, and enquiries from clients and family members.
- Supporting ADONs and Nurses
