We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about working with data, enjoys improving data accuracy, and wants to develop skills in reporting, data governance and cross-team collaboration.
You will play a key role in ensuring our data is reliable, consistent, and useful for decision-making across the company.
Job Description Key Responsibilities : Data Entry, Reporting, and Quality Enter and maintain accurate data across systems, following defined processes Perform regular data checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies Run simple reports and support the creation of dashboards and summaries for internal use Help ensure data complies with internal standards and governance practices Collaboration and Stakeholder Support Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g.
Sales, Product, Support) to support data entry, cleanup, and validation Help gather and organize information needed for team reviews, reporting, or decision-making Assist with preparing basic visualizations and presentations (e.g.
in Excel or PowerPoint) Process Improvement and Learning Follow existing procedures and identify small improvements where possible Support documentation of data processes and best practices Learn to use tools and systems such as Google Sheets, basic SQL, and Salesforce to support data tasks Communication and Teamwork Communicate clearly with teammates and other departments to clarify data issues or needs Ask questions and take initiative to understand tasks and priorities Work collaboratively with others to maintain a high standard of data quality Skills & Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a data, administrative, or operations-related role (internships and academic projects are welcome) Recent graduate or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent I.T course Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Basic understanding of SQL Exposure to CRM systems or data platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus) Good written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Guidewire is the platform P&C insurers trust to engage, innovate, and grow efficiently.
