Responsibilities

  • Responsibility, together with the team, for all aspects of Lease Management, including :

o Invoicing - Rent, Maintenance, Security, Other

o Accounts Receivable

o Utilization Reporting

o MR Rate Escalations

o Maintenance Claims Processing

  • Responsibility, together with the team, for all reporting in respect of customer accounts including :
  • o Receivables Reporting

    o Customer Statements

    o Maintenance Reserve Funds

    o Servicer Reporting

  • Overall responsibility for the timely processing of maintenance claims, including the management of third-party costs associated with the claim process
  • Overall responsibility for the timelypletion of annual escalation of maintenance reserve rates, supported by the outsource provider
  • Liaise with the Marketing Team to ensure proper and appropriate feedback on the status of each Lessee's receivables
  • Ownership of the day to day interaction with outsource providers
  • Ownership of relationship with Lease Management software provider from a Lease Management perspective
  • Liaise with Outsource Provider on contract and lease terms to ensure seamless transfer of executed terms to the Lease Management System
  • Together with the team, support the audit process for each of the funds / vehicles under management
  • Review of processes in place with a view to increasing efficiency and accuracy of reporting
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree and / or Master's degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum Experience :

  • Minimum 10+ years' previous experience of working in aircraft leasing lease / asset / contract management
  • Job-Specific Skills :

  • Working knowledge of the Leaseworks Contract Management System or a similar system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Champion effective and fastmunications and distil messages appropriately
  • Strong people management skills gained from managing diverse teams of professionals
  • Experienced relationship builder, knowing who to interact with and whose buy-in is required while holding customer expectations as core
  • Bring broad perspective and thinking to the role and have original thought, challenge, and innovation
  • Be diligent, thorough, numerate and with a keen attention to detail
  • Model respectful solution focused behaviours and engender trust amongst stakeholders
  • Ability to think independently and work within a team to identify solutions to issues as they arise
