Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established fresh food manufacturer based in North Dublin. Supplying high-quality products to both the retail and food service sectors across Ireland, our client is currently seeking an Assistant Production Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will play a key support role in the day-to-day running of production operations. Your primary responsibility will be to help ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacture of high-quality food products. You will assist in leading production teams, driving operational improvements, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and meeting production KPIs. Ideally you will be passionate about food production and committed to fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a food production or FMCG environment
• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a junior management role
• Full driving licence and access to your own transport (site is not accessible via public transport)

Working Hours

Standard hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required during peak periods, including occasional weekend work (time off in lieu provided).
