Born in New Orleans in 1972, we started with a single restaurant and a bold idea that quickly became a nationwide sensation. Now, we’ve landed in Ireland, ready to serve a whole new community of chicken lovers.  We are on a mission to be the most loved QSR brand, we have very ambitious growth plans and we want our people to grow with us.

What will my day to day look like?

Day to Day  management and  financial  accountability of your restaurant

Lead  your team ,  empower  and motivate the m   t o be the bes t

Ensure all food safety, health and safety and internal audit standards are met

Engage the workforce through efficient scheduling, building development plans and deliver excellence

Complete and monitor daily administration

Deliver financial controls within restaurants budget

Communicate effectively with all members of the team, your reporting manager and support departments
