Treatment Coordinator

Dame Street Dental have an exciting opportunity for a Treatment Coordinators to join our state of the art dental practice in Dublin City Centre!

The Role :

The Treatment Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients considering dental treatment plans with us. This role is responsible for the smooth running of the entire practice and has a significant impact on our customer service standards and on the overall patient perception of our quality of care and the patient experience we offer.

Key Duties

• Meet patients prior to their initial dentist treatment, offering guidance on various price plans, outlining pros / cons of various treatment paths, addressing any general questions or concerns in a friendly, professional and empathetic way to put the patient at ease
• Liaise between patients and dentists to guarantee correct handover procedures and support continuing care compliance
• Ensure patient notes are thorough and comprehensive
• Reporting weekly to management with a POA for the week ahead
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer care are maintained at all times including strong follow up plans for each patients case
