The Role
As Sales Administrator, you will provide vital support to the sales team, helping to manage documentation, coordinate customer communications, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for many enquiries and will play an integral part in the delivery of professional, responsive service to clients and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative needsPreparing and updating key sales documentation, including trackers and reportsManaging internal databases and uploading property information to relevant systemsCoordinating responses to sales enquiries by phone and emailAssisting with marketing activities such as mail merges for property launchesLiaising with solicitors, agents, and the internal marketing teamMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with processesWhat We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property administration or similar support roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Reapit or similar CRM systems is an advantageA confident, courteous, and professional approach to client interactionsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured mannerA self-motivated team player with a strong work ethicSound like you?
