Associate Architect Job in Dublin, Ireland

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, residential and workplace
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all RIBA stages
- Oversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects
- Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth
- Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills & Experience
RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years’ post-qualification experienceProven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UKStrong technical and design expertise, with site experience essentialProficient in Revit – this is a must-haveExcellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skillsCommercially aware with good client-facing experienceAmbitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their careerEligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.What you get back
