As an Account Manager at Maverick Social, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our agency's smooth and efficient operation, contributing to our growth and success in the ever-evolving field of digital media.

Role Overview AsBrand Partnerships Director , you will be the engine behind Maverick Social's revenue growth.

You'll build, manage, and optimise our sales funnel, bringing in high-value clients across hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, sports, and agency sectors.

You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and turning conversations into long-term commercial relationships.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows how to sell — with flair, with focus, and with a deep understanding of premium brand value.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth Strategy Own the end-to-end sales process : from strategy and lead generation to pitch and close Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities Create and execute a targeted outreach strategy to attract large brand clients, hotel groups, agencies, and international partners Design and implement scalable processes for repeatable, sustainable sales Client Acquisition & Relationship Building Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials (with creative support) Lead conversations with CMOs, Heads of Brand, and Marketing Directors — positioning Maverick as a strategic content partner Attend relevant industry events to generate leads and expand our network Build long-term commercial relationships, ensuring repeat and retainer business CRM & Ops Set up and run our CRM system (Hubspot / Salesforce) to track leads, deal progress, and communications Write and manage outbound email campaigns and personalised follow-ups Track KPIs, revenue performance, and deal conversion rates Work closely with the CEO and production team to align sales targets with delivery capacity Who You Are 5+ years experience in brand partnerships, business development, or sales (preferably in creative, media, or agency environments) Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing key accounts Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and build scalable sales systems Confident communicator, great at building trust with senior stakeholders Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Comfortable in a startup environment — proactive, energetic, and solutions-focused Bonus : Background or strong understanding of the luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or sports sectors Maverick Social's Core Values : At Maverick Social, we value creativity, innovation, collaboration, radical truth and transparency and a relentless commitment to excellence.
