DescriptionAdministration Support to Underwriting / Broker Team

Looking for an ambitious administrator to join a fast-paced sales team.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, with a clear ability to prioritise.

There is an opportunity to complete a Certificate in Insurance Product Advice (APA), with potential for career development within the role.

The RoleProcess policies, schedules, and endorsements on both underwriting and broker systems, and issue all relevant documentation.Enter data accurately into the system, paying close attention to detail.Follow up on diary items with brokers and underwriters.Liaise with team members, brokers, and underwriters on allocated queries, developing professional relationships.Respond to allocated emails and queries from brokers daily.Maintain professionalism and friendliness when dealing with brokers and underwriters.Ensure all messages are recorded and communicated clearly and promptly.Take responsibility for project assignments as directed by the team leader or operations manager.QualificationsThe Requirements Qualified APA or leaving certificate, with willingness to complete exams.Proficient in all Microsoft Office suites.Proactive, flexible, and willing to assist colleagues.Good interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills.Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and adapt to a changing environment.Equal Opportunity Employer At WTW, we believe that diversity strengthens us.
