Responsibilities :

• Perform general repairs : plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Assist with event setups, furniture moves, and basic construction
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report major issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
