Job description

Responsibilities (Text Only) Customer Engagement Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization / Microsoft. Surface customer organization structure to identify decision makers, leveraging partners and v-teams. Ensure continuity of customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction metrics by proactively establishing conditions of satisfaction at the outset of engagement and managing escalation processes. Account Management Understand customer priorities and challenges; consult on how Microsoft solutions can address those challenges. Think strategically about sales territory for accounts, setting standards and priorities, outlining how to leverage specialized and technical resources, and engaging decision makers for long-term planning. Assist existing and new customers in adopting cloud solutions through cohesive planning across adds, consumption, upsell, co-sell motions, and renewals to maximize business outcomes and experience. Understand and accelerate the customer's cloud strategy. Maintain Product, Solution, and Industry Expertise Build and maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft's products, solutions, and industry strategies relevant to assigned accounts. Demonstrate understanding of customers' business strategies and industry directions. Orchestration Coordinate specialized resources to engage with customers, providing solutions-based and technology-based engagement to address challenges and opportunities. Leverage partners and other resources to deliver tailored solutions supporting customers' transformation journeys. Qualifications (Text Only) Required Qualifications : Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth, OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or related field) AND sales and negotiation experience or related work / internship experience with year-over-year growth, OR Equivalent experience. Fluency or business-level proficiency in Swedish and English is required.
