Were looking for a motivated Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in the DACH market, playing a key part in our sales pipeline growth.
This is a remote role based anywhere in Ireland, with the requirement to visit our Leopardstown, Dublin office once a month.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and research potential new customers in the DACH region
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and follow up on inbound leads
Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in our CRM system
Participate in regular team meetings and monthly onsite meetings in Dublin
About You :
Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and professional fluency in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident speaking with decision-makers
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role is a plus but attitude and motivation matter most!
