Job descriptionMeet with clients and families to discuss needs and develop tailored care & service plans. Ensure regular quality assurance visits for clients. Maintain update client records efficiently using IT systems. Demonstrate open and effective communication with the Office colleagues, Healthcare workers and clients and family members Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards within the team. Conduct Family Education sessions as needed Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary

Dovida Is looking for " Clinical Nurse " with Active NMBI Pin to develop tailored care & service plans for clients.
This community-focused role requires :
- Full driver's license and car
- NMBI registered nurse with active Pin No. ( Mandatory )
- Prior experience in Home care, Nursing home or any other Social care sector would be preferred
- Business acumen to ensure client satisfaction and uphold brand reputation.
- Positive and compassionate attitude
