Your Mission as CSA Site Manager : End-to-End CSA Oversight : From initial groundworks and foundation to concrete structures, steel erection, and architectural finishes, manage the entire CSA project lifecycle. Strategic Planning : Collaborate on and implement robust project schedules, resource plans, and budgets specifically for the CSA scope of works. Operational Control : Coordinate all on-site activities pertaining to CSA, managing subcontractors, ensuring timely materials procurement, and implementing stringent quality and safety controls for all Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages. Team Leadership : Lead, inspire, and manage site personnel and subcontractors focused on CSA, fostering a high-performing and safety-conscious culture. Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and all project partners concerning CSA progress and deliverables. Risk Mitigation : Proactively monitor progress, identify potential risks in CSA delivery, and implement effective solutions. Quality & Safety Champion : Ensure unwavering adherence to all quality standards, specifications, and leading health & safety practices for all civil, structural, and architectural operations. We're seeking a CSA professional with : Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager or a similar senior construction management role with a strong focus on civil, structural, and architectural works. Deep expertise in Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction methodologies and practices for large-scale projects. A track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted construction projects with significant CSA scope on time and within budget. Exceptional leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills tailored to construction site challenges. Comprehensive knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and a proactive, leading-by-example safety mindset. Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities for diverse site and client interactions. Proficiency in relevant project management, planning, and scheduling software.
