Food & Beverage Manager - Gastropub

Red D are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for a well-known gastropub in County Clare. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the front-of-house operation at one of Irelands best-loved hospitality venues. Set in the heart of Doolin, this busy gastropub is known for its warm atmosphere, live music, and excellent foodall delivered with genuine, friendly service. As Food & Beverage Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience on the floor, leading a strong front-of-house team and ensuring smooth service from open to close. Youll manage rotas, training, stock control, and day-to-day operations, with the support of experienced, hands-on owners. Were looking for someone with solid experience in high-volume, informal hospitalityideally from a restaurant or hotel background. This is a full-time, permanent role in a business that operates all year round. It would suit someone who loves being on the floor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a calm, consistent approach to service. The ideal candidate will : Have strong Food & Beverage management experience in a restaurant or casual dining setting Be confident leading busy front-of-house operations Bring structure, consistency, and warmth to daily service Enjoy working on the floor, supporting and developing the team Be well-organised and commercially aware This is a full-time role based in Doolin, Co.
