Principal Analytical Consultant

Principal Analytics Consultant required to join our growing team of data professionals delivering cutting-edge analytics and data platform solutions. This is a hands-on, functional leadership role-ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges through modern data technologies, while guiding clients through their data transformation journey. As a Principal Consultant, you'll work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade analytics solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, and the Azure Data Platform. What You'll Do Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions on the Azure platform. Build advanced analytical dashboards and data models using Power BI and Fabric. Architect and implement modern data warehousing solutions and data pipelines leveraging Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure SQL / Storage. Act as a trusted advisor to clients-translating complex requirements into technical solutions that drive business outcomes. Stay hands-on with the latest Azure technologies while mentoring junior team members and contributing to solution design best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions in a consulting or in-house lead role. Strong hands-on expertise in : Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, and report development) Microsoft Fabric Azure Synapse Analytics Data Warehousing concepts Azure Data Platform (e.g., Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, etc.) Strong understanding of data governance, security, and platform scalability. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Ability to work both strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments. Nice to Have Experience with cloud migration projects. Microsoft certifications in Azure or Power BI. Familiarity with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code for analytics environments.
