Lead User Acquisition Manager

We're looking for a Lead UA Manager who will be responsible for purchasing traffic on a large advertising channel. We have а big budget, so you'll have plenty to keep you busy. We automate routine jobs and develop tools for automatic decision-making. Tasks
Expanding work with the user engagement channel
Conducting experiments on procurement effectiveness and analyzing the results
Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, meeting KPIs
Managing UAM
Negotiating with partners to purchase traffic
Requirements
3+ years of experience buying traffic, preferably in performance marketing
Experience managing a traffic procurement team
Understanding of the functionality of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels
Bachelor's degree in computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience
Upper intermediate level of English or higher
Preferred
Experience in game dev
Experience working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau)
Experience working in analytics
