Willis Towers Watson is a leading global broking, advisory and solutions company. The business in Ireland provides a wide range of services including insurance broking, financial advice, management consultancy, actuarial and investment solutions.
The company currently has an open position for a Technical Support Assistant to work as a member of the Risk, Excellence & Client Asset Account Team.
- Processing payments on multiple trust accounts including a MiFID Regulated conglomerate bank account daily.
- Preparation of daily reconciliation in line with Central Bank requirements & deadlines
- Preparation of Monthly MCAR Submissions
- Assisting with updating Client Asset Management Plan
- Importing data from online banking systems
- Liaising with Internal and External Auditors
- Analyse financial reports and forecast trends to support strategic planning
- Preparation of meeting packs and documents for Board Meetings and Monthly management meetings
- Updating and maintaining MI Logs
- Processing monthly billing via Oracle
- Uploading Reports to Internal & External Systems
