Job description

Responsibilities

  • Following up on qualified marketing leads (referrals, web-generated, marketing campaigns, introductions).
  • Generating and closing new business through referrals, phone and person-to-person sales, and networking events.
  • Developing and managing relationships with customers, helping them access the right funding solutions.
  • Working with brokers and introducers to secure referrals and convert them into new business.
  • Managing relationships with key referral partners to maximize ongoing deal flow.
  • Closing sales from broker and introducer referrals efficiently, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

What we are looking for

  • A well-spoken, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who enjoys sales and helping businesses grow.
  • University degree, with 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in working with brokers, introducers, or referral-based sales is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
