Supply Chain & Retail

Supply Chain Services provides both pre-wholesale and wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical, healthcare and animal health products to pharmacies and hospital nationwide. In addition, the business provides services and supports that help independent community pharmacy to compete more effectively in an increasingly difficult environment and runs a network of Uniphar-owned pharmacies under the Life, Allcare, McCauleys and Hickeys symbol brands.

This role is a fixed term contract until end of 2026.

The Role

To support implementation or training matrices, document progression and audits for go live of Greenogue 2 facilities and Greenogue 1 and depot migration to S4 and EWM.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative assistance and support on all matters associated with Q Pulse, the electronic quality management system.
  • Provide training on the quality management system across the business.
  • Assist with testing of the quality management system, where required.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the area of documentation compliance.
  • Ensure training requirements are fulfilled for new and existing employees.
  • Work with various departments to ensure training plans are captured and maintained.
  • Maintenance of training records within the quality management system.
  • Assist, where required, with non-conformances that related to the management of document control and training.
  • Support the business in issuing controlled copies of documents and logbooks
  • Issue out KPIs and reports for outstanding procedures and training in the quality management.
  • Support in the set up and archiving of users.
  • Issue out KPIs and reports for outstanding procedures and training in the quality management.
  • Assist with the creation, review and approval of procedures, work instructions and standard forms.
  • Support regulatory and client audits, where required.
  • Assist, where required, the quality system lead in related tasks.
  • General housekeeping of the quality management system.

Qualifications, experience and skills required

  • Experience in a QA role or working to an ISO quality standard.
  • Ability to maintain and motivate groups of colleagues who understand the overall business model.
  • Experience with GxP and ISO audits.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Proven decision-making capabilities with accountability and responsibility.
  • Demonstrate ability to drive the completion of tasks.
  • Proficient knowledge on using Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in SAP is preferred, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Q Pulse or similar electronic quality management software is preferred but not essential.
