Job Description

Our client, a new to market Advisory firm are currently looking to hire an Associate Director to join their deals M&A team. We are interested in speaking to experienced Senior Managers or Associate Directors who are ACA qualified with a demonstrable track record of deal execution in the domestic M&A market.

  • ACA / CFA qualified is beneficial
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills

Requirements

  • Driving new business pipelines / generating business
  • Leading a team of associates and managers
  • Handling client expectations
  • Managing the entire deal process post origination with a focus on execution and delivery

    Requirements

  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a debt advisory advisory role
  • Recent material track record of new client origination
  • Experience in building and retaining strong client relationships
  • The ability to develop solutions which deliver value for clients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex issues to clients
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive entrepreneurial team
  • Strong commitment to professionalism and client service excellence
  • Capital markets experience / knowledge advantageous
