We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable ER / HR Advisor to join a fast-paced team. In this role, you will provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of employment law and HR, ensuring that every interaction is of the highest professional standard. A deep understanding of Irish Employment Law is essential for success in this position, as you will be guiding clients through complex legal matters and creating tailored employment documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide timely, expert advice to clients on employment law and HR-related matters.
• Manage your caseload independently, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of cases.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke documentation and guidance via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Stay current with updates in Irish employment law and HR best practices, applying this knowledge to all client interactions.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your expertise.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all client interactions and work outputs.
