Head Of Services - Kildare

Cpl Healthcare are actively seeking qualified Head of Services for residential services based in Naas, Kildare .

We are seeking enthusiastic professionals to support adults in intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community.

This is a fulltime salaried position which will average around 40 hours per week and this role is a hybrid role based in the Head office in Naas, Kildare with some travel to other locations as appropriate.

Requirements

Hold a Master's relevant to this role – i.e.

Social Work, Social Care Management, or other relevant discipline Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management post or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Head of Service or equivalent role A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the disability sector Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and all legislative compliance requirements Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety Knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Reporting Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
