We currently have the following position available at our Tullow Branch Job Title : Sales Person Role : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Person to join our team at Gordon Hegarty & Sons in Tullow. This role involves selling our premium range of agricultural machinery, including Massey Ferguson tractors, and building lasting relationships with our farming clients. You'll be the face of our trusted dealership in the region, driving sales and offering knowledgeable, tailored solutions to farmers and contractors. Key Responsibilities : Managethesalesprocessfromleadgenerationtoclosefornewandusedagricultural machinery. Identifyandpursuenewbusinessopportunitiesinyourassigned territory. Developstrongrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingcustomers,offering aftersales support where necessary. Maintainup-to-dateknowledgeofproductfeatures,benefits,andcompetitive advantages. Organiseandconducton-sitedemonstrationsandattendtradeshowsorlocal events. Workclosely withthe service andparts departments toensurecustomer satisfaction. Maintainaccuraterecordsof salesactivityandcustomer interactions. Ideal Candidate : Proventrack recordin sales, ideallywithin the agriculturalor machinery industry. Strongknowledgeofagriculturalequipmentandfarming practices. Excellentinterpersonal andcommunication skillswith acustomer-first approach. Self-motivated,goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficientinusing CRMsystemsand generalIT tools. Fullclean driving license required.
