Excel Recruitment are recruiting a warehouse manager for leading hardware distribution company dedicated to providing high-quality tools, equipment, and building materials to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock levels through effective tracking systems.
Implement and improve warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and motivation.
Maintain safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for seamless operations.
Monitor warehouse equipment and schedule maintenance as needed.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
