We have an exciting opportunity for a creative Packaging Developer.

What You'll Be Doing :

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new and improved structural packaging concepts that stand out on the shelves and enhance the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Innovating and creating - Brainstorm with packaging suppliers to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life, ensuring our packaging solutions give us a competitive edge.
• Bringing ideas to reality - Transform concepts into practical, commercial solutions that are both visually stunning and functionally effective.
• Driving efficiency - Collaborate with our Group Purchasing team to integrate cost-saving efficiencies without compromising on quality.
• Ensuring feasibility - Present and test your packaging solutions in real-world production environments, ensuring they meet manufacturing and production requirements.
• Championing sustainability - Stay ahead of industry trends and sustainability goals, integrating eco-friendly solutions into every design.
• Showcasing your work - Attend customer product submissions to present your innovative proposals and bring them to life with compelling graphical mock-ups.
• Supporting factory trials - Work closely with production teams to refine and perfect packaging formats for optimal performance.

There will be the opportunity to travel across our other Food For Now locations in Crosby, Atherstone, Heathrow, Park Royal and Bow.
