Location : Dublin 24 (Office-based with occasional site visits)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established team specialising in high-quality fit-out projects for the retail sector. This role offers the chance to oversee projects from concept to completion, working closely with an in-house joinery workshop and a skilled delivery team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple fit-out projects across Ireland, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
- Liaise with clients, designers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance
- Lead project meetings and ensure health and safety standards are upheld
- Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning
