Responsibilities Support project or portfolio of projects with key PMO activitiesManage entire project life cycle from initial pricing and resource allocation to billing, collection, and final project closure, ensuring seamless execution and financial accuracy throughout.Track programme RAID, Plans / Milestones, resource allocations / requirements and financials / budgetsProvide detailed financial analysis through comprehensive reports, narratives, and presentations for managementDevelop and prepare accurate forecasts, incorporating trends, resource changes, and upcoming organizational changes.Prepare and maintain forecasting estimates for all programmes within the portfolio against the approved budget.Ensure compliance with Project control framework (Initiation Entry, Project Control Checking and Closure of projects)Support with monthly cost plans for project portfolios and bring together whole programme summaries and financial positions which include details from all portfolio cost plans.Weekly reports to maintain financial accuracy and predictability.Gather and analyse project data to identify any gaps and resolve any time-related or budgetary issuesCreate and maintain complex financial models, data sets and reportsCost-benefit analysis.Become a Clarity champion leading on all queries related to Clarity toolSupport other Projects, tasks as directed by PM / Programme ManagersEssential Skills & Experience A minimum of 3 years' experience as a PMO Financial analyst, project manager, or a similar roleExcellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and toolsPMO experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologiesWorking knowledge of Clarity portfolio management toolStrong financial management skills and experience in cost planning and budget estimationsExcellent analytical, interpretive skills.

Knowledge of Power BI, JIRA, ConfluenceStrong Excel skills and full MS suiteAbility to manage competing priorities and to identify and proactively manage issuesStrong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skillsAbility to recognise and recommend process improvementDesirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience Relevant third level qualification / certificationIdeally a formal Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, CSM)Portfolio, Programme and Project ManagementFamiliarity with Lean and Six Sigma tools as a way to solve complex product problems, satisfy critical to quality customer requirements and eliminate wasteKnowledge of Procurement ProcessesKnowledge of technology an advantage - think 'technically literate' About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
