Assistant Manager – Liffey Valley

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join a fantastic retailer in Liffey Valley. If you love creating an exceptional shopping experience and leading a high-performing team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Skills & experience required for this Assistant Manager role :

2-3+ years of leadership experience in a customer and KPI-driven retail fashion homeware or cosmetics setting.
A passion for 5 star service and a genuine love for retail.
Experience managing teams of 6 or more.
Excellent knowledge of retail KPI’s is essential for this role.

Your role as Assistant Manager :

Support the Store Manager in the smooth day-to-day operations.

Take ownership of sales targets and KPI’s inspiring your team to succeed.

Lead by example in delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Train and mentor your team, building their product knowledge and confidence.

Ensure the store looks exceptional with top-tier merchandising and layout.
