Our client, a trusted provider of community services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, is hiring a Staff Nurse to join their team in South / East Dublin
This is a permanent, full-time role with attractive rota options.
It is ideal for someone who is passionate about person-centred care and supporting individuals in leading fulfilling lives within their community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high quality nursing care in line with An Bord Altranais and HIQA standards
- Support the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of service users
- Create and implement individualised care and support plans
- Assist with behaviour support and daily living skills
- Encourage community participation and inclusion
- Keep accurate care plans, reports, and medication records
- Work closely with families, guardians, and external professionals
