Civils Foreman

Civils Foreman Civils Foreman required for a leading residential developer to oversee a major 3+ year housing and apartments project in West Dublin. The successful Civils Foreman will manage the Groundworks and Civil Engineering Contractor on this project -overseeing all the groundworks, utilities and site development works. Our client has a fantastic reputation and this is a unique long term opportunity for a Civils Foreman to join an established team with a top developer. Required : A third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field is a plus but not mandatory; extensive groundworks and civils management experience is essential. Experience working on large residential projects in Ireland or the UK previously Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships. Ability to work independently in a dynamic team setting. Valid full driving license. Eligible to work in Ireland Package : Salary range : €70,000 to €80,000.
