Overview

The expectation of this role is that the person is well established and experienced with C# development and understands common design patterns.  As such, high quality output is mandatory with adherence to the Percana Coding Standards and the other relevant steps of the SDLC.

Junior Developers will require regular mentoring and guidance by the Senior Developer and this should be viewed as a core part of the role.

The Senior Developer may be required to act as a conduit between Percana and other offshore developers and / or the Senior Technical Lead.

Personal Skills

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Experience in the entire SDLC utilising a formal development process such as Agile / Waterfall
• Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able and willing to learn complex business processes
• Ability to solve problems
