What You Will Be Doing as a Software Development Manager?

You will lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software while driving engineering best practices across our department. Your role combines people management with technical leadership to ensure we ship products customers love.

Responsible for :

• Leading and developing a team of 4-7 software engineers through coaching and mentorship.
• Setting up and driving engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, and CI / CD.
• Running Scrum and Agile processes to hit sprint goals and improve team delivery.
• Working with Product teams and stakeholders to turn tech challenges into customer wins.
• Managing the complete software development process from idea to production support.
