Responsibilities

Management of the Forvis Mazars' relationship with clients including high quality service delivery and co-ordination of service offerings from other departments
Growing your knowledge of regulatory andpliance obligations of our clients
Leading of assignments with clients in the abovementioned areas
Reporting into the senior leadership, working towards the achievement of departmental goals and targets
Involvement as an ambassador in firm / department / practice development and marketing initiatives
Managing and developing junior team members
Support business development initiatives, through preparing assignment proposals, thought leadership articles and representing Forvis Mazars at conferences.

Ideal Candidate

Qualification in a relevant industry qualification ( Institute, PRMIA, Institute of Internal Auditors, ACA, ACCA)

Ideally, a minimum of five years' experience within risk andpliance consulting in a Financial Services environment.

Good understanding of some risk andpliance regulatory areas ( PSD, Consumer Protection Code, Investor Protection, Fitness and Probity etc)

Knowledge of challenges and developments within the banking industry

Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills

Experience of operational supervision of assignments / projects and managing of client relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Strong organisational and planning capabilities

Ability to work on own initiative and to provide guidance to others

Experience of working to deadlines

Excellentputer-literacy skills
