Are you a highly organised HR professional with a passion for both smooth admin processes and staying on top of compliance? Comfort Keepers, Irelands Leading Homecare Provider is looking for a HR & Compliance Administrator in Santry, North Dublin.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a dual-focus role where you'll balance day-to-day HR administration with ensuring our practices remain compliant and audit-ready.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, training tracking, and employee lifecycle tasks.
  • Assist with internal communications, file management, and updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team and management.

Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure all HR activities comply with Irish employment law, GDPR, and HIQA standards.
  • Manage Garda Vetting and International Police Checks for new hires.
  • Help prepare for audits, maintain compliance trackers, and update HR policies.
  • Track mandatory training, certifications, and vetting renewals.
  • Assist in delivering and coordinating compliance-related training.
  • What You Bring to the Role

    Must-Haves :

  • Degree or diploma in HR, Business, Employment Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR administration or compliance-based role.
  • Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation and GDPR.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable using HRIS / document management systems.
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience in healthcare, homecare, or other regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with HIQA, Garda Vetting, and internal audits.
  • Working towards a CIPD qualification or holding one already.
  • Knowledge of internal compliance or auditing processes.
